DTI and DCMS directors write to housing sector about digital switchover

On 16 June the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and Department of Trade and Industry wrote to all Local Authorities and Housing Associations in the UK as well as other key housing bodies to inform them of Government’s plans for digital switchover. The letter outlines the responsibilities of the housing sector to upgrade their current communal television systems in time for switchover, as well as the various options currently available.
