Your health, your care, your say closed on 4 November 2005. The consultation asked the public, patients, service users, and staff for their views on how to improve the services provided in the community by the NHS and social care. These views helped to shape the resulting Our health, our care, our say White Paper.
The listening exercise, which took place between September and November 2005, involved people in designing community health and social care services for the future.

The Citizens' Advisory Panel helped to shape the regional listening events and citizen's summit, and represented the public at the events that followed.
