NHS Emergency Planning Guidance: planning for the management of burn-injured patients in the event of a major incident: interim strategic national guidance released. Guidance provides best practice to NHS organisations in planning, preparing and responding to incidents and emergencies that give rise to burn injuries regardless of cause, source or nature.
Some sections of the DH website have been removed and are being updated to reflect the change in Government. New information is being added as it becomes available and any information published before 11 May 2010 can be accessed through The National Archives website. While information is being updated, statutory regulations and guidance remain in force.
