A Safer Way: Consultation on Making Britain’s roads the safest in the world - a toolkit

Image: Road safety consultation toolkitThe elements of this Toolkit have been designed as a resource for organisations who want to encourage their members to participate in the consultation on a new road safety strategy for Great Britain.

The overall aim of the Toolkit is to assist organisations in effectively communicating information about the road safety consultation to a wide spectrum of potential respondents from the general public through to road safety specialists.

The Toolkit aims to minimise the time and cost associated with raising awareness of the consultation by providing the following resources:

  • A powerpoint presentation
  • An executive summary pdf which is suitable for printing
  • A postcard pdf which is suitable for printing
  • Online skyscraper which can be linked from home websites to the DfT consultation
  • Online button which can be linked from home websites to the DfT consultation
  • Key facts for press releases
