Atkins High Speed Line Study

Supporting reports to the 2003 high-speed rail study conducted by Atkins for the Strategic Rail Authority.  These reports are the detailed work that led to the production of the summary report (Milestone report 15), and number 15 in total.
 
Some of the reports contain details of possible new rail alignments, associated enabling work that would be required at stations, and details of associated land take in certain areas.  This information has been redacted from the reports under section 35 of the Freedom of Information Act.  The release of this information has the potential for disproportionate and unwarranted adverse impact on property values which may result from publication (generalised blight).
