Summary
A Consultation on proposals to introduce a Continuity of Service Plan and to introduce a requirement for the regulator to meet additional switching on conditions for ring fencing.The Government announced a package of reforms to promote the financial resilience of major airports in October 2009 and a consultation on two further aspects. This consultation sets out those proposals.
