Summary: Consultation on the proposed local discount scheme for residents of Dartford and Thurrock Council areas. The Government is proposing to implement these changes in the Autumn while changing charges at the Crossing (consulted on in December 2006). This order under sections 167, 168, 171 and 172(2) of the Transport Act 2000, will replace the existing charging regime at the Dartford-Thurrock River Crossing.
