DFID progress on sustainable development in 2007

DFID has published two reports to show its progress towards sustainable development:
Progress Report against its Sustainable Development Action Plan (SDAP) for 2005-06 This shows good progress against each of the commitments in the SDAP (either completed, or on track for ongoing commitments). DFID’s commitments in Securing the Future run to 2015, and remain unchanged.

Revised and Updated Action Plan for 2007-08 The updated action plan sets out new actions to meet these commitments, for the period 2007-08. It also explains how DFID embeds principles and priorities of sustainable development in our policy making and programme activities, and sets out more specific actions to ensure staff have sufficient capacity to deal with sustainable development issues.
