DFID Uganda (DFIDU) is implementing a new programme, Creating Opportunities for Sustainable Spending on Roads (CrossRoads), to be jointly funded with the European Commission. To support the efficient and effective implementation of the programme, DFIDU is seeking to contract the services of a supplier(s) to establish and manage a Secretariat.
