15th Conference of Commonwealth Education Ministers Parallel Symposium

The third Parallel Symposium to be held in conjunction with the 15th Conference of Commonwealth Education Minsisters(15CCEM), the biggest education event in the Commonwealth this year, will take place between 27-29 October 2003 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, Edinburgh, Scotland. Organised by the British Council, in partnership with the Association of Commonwealth Universities, the Commonwealth Secretariat and the four UK education departments, the Parallel Symposium will appeal to an international delegation with an interest in education. The theme of "Access, Inclusion, Achievement: Building Commonwealth Capacity" will be explored through over thirty working sessions to culminate in a presentation to Education Ministers on the final day.
