- Explain that in order to make an informed judgement regarding the importance of the ATA the students must also understand the role of the RAF during the Second World War.
- Set up four different stations (two with different information regarding the ATA and two with information about the RAF) with each station comprising of three sources of information, with Student Worksheets or Videos.
- Divide the students into groups of four, preferably of mixed ability. Two members should collect information on the ATA and two on the RAF.
- One student from each group should go to each station to spend fifteen minutes collecting information from the appropriate Student Worksheets. Each student from the group should come back with different information about the organisation they were investigating.
