Role of the RAF during the Battle of Britain

Synopsis

This lesson provides students with an interesting vehicle for debate; students are presented with information and exciting multimedia stimuli to help them make an informed choice concerning whether The Battle of Britain had any effect on our lives today. The lesson then progresses to look at the freedom we have in a democracy and how that might have been different if Germany and other Axis Powers had won World War 2.
