• The post operative de-brief invites teams to mark themselves against specific Operations Team criteria e.g. accuracy (measurement and drawing), planning skills, teamwork, working under pressure and results. Ask students to brainstorm which skills they have used and to score themselves out of 10 for each attribute.
• Invite students to think of other situations in which they might use the following skills:
  • mathematical skills;
  • attention to detail;
  • multi-stage problem solving;
  • teamwork;
  • working under pressure;
  • managing deadlines.
