Problems Viewing PDF Files
Viewing PDF files through a web browser is not 100% reliable. Some combinations of browser and reader can result in either blank pages or no pages at all. If you have this problem, one of the following solutions may be of help:
Solution 1 - Downloading and Viewing Offline
Right-click on the link to the PDF file, then choose Save Target As (Internet Explorer) or Save Link As (Netscape Navigator) from the pop-up menu.
In the Save As dialog box, specify a name and location for the PDF file, and then click Save.
From your explorer, double-click on the PDF file you have just created to view it using Adobe Acrobat Reader, rather than the browser plugin.
Solution 2 - Using Acrobat as a Helper Application
Exit from Internet Exporer.
Start your Acrobat viewer.
Choose File > Preferences > General.
Deselect Web Browser Integration in the Options section and then click OK.
Exit from the viewer.
Restart Internet Explorer.
Note:
The next time you select a link to a PDF file in Internet Explorer, a dialog box will prompt you to specify what to do with the file. If you select "Open this file from its current location", Internet Explorer opens the PDF file in the Acrobat Viewer as a helper application. If you select "Save this file to disk", Internet Explorer saves the PDF file to your hard disk, from where you can open it later.
More information regarding this problem can be found on the Adobe Support Knowledgebase, specifically on this web page.
Problems Printing PDF Files
On some occasions, particularly when printing large documents, pages that you have printed may be incomplete or patchy, or your printer returns an "out of memory" message and does not print the complete document. Setting the Print as image option in the Print dialog box could fix these problems. If you still get a problem when printing a large document, set the Print as image option but print the document in parts instead of all at once. Use the Print Range options in the Print dialog box to do this. Also make sure that your printer properties shows the correct amount of memory installed on the printer.
