This consultation document seeks views on the Gambling Appeals Tribunal draft Rules 2006. The Lord Chancellor is empowered to make Rules in respect of the conduct of proceedings before the Gambling Appeals Tribunal in accordance with section146 and Schedule 8 of the Gambling Act. The Tribunal extends to England and Wales, and Scotland.
