Yvonne Harris
Evaluation Manager

Yvonne specialises in developing and commissioning user research projects focusing on design and other issues affecting the quality of users’ experience with interactive media, including websites, interactive cinemas, computer games and touchscreen kiosks.

She has over seven years experience of audience research and evaluation and her background encompasses both academic and commercial fields, having managed projects for Sony Interactive Services, the Science Museum, and the internationally renowned Centre for Research into Quality at the University of Central England.

At Sony, she contributed to the design and development of new products, and coordinated the beta-phase of product testing new mobile devices and applications.

Yvonne also developed and managed the Science Museum’s Usability Lab. She led audience research and took on an advocacy role for major exhibitions including the award-winning Wellcome Wing, and for a diverse range of corporate clients including BNFL, Bedfordshire LEA and the National Physical Laboratory.
