Julie Cabrol
Policy Team

Before joining the policy team, Julie managed the relationship between the DCMS and both the Royal Opera House and English National Opera.

In addition to her work with Culture Online, Julie deals with International and EU related arts policy, with a focus on issues around digitisation in preparation for the UK EU presidency in 2005. Julie is also the liaison officer with Visiting Arts, the national agency promoting international arts in the UK and is now responsible for national and regional festivals as well as circus, puppetry and mime.

Julie is bilingual in English and French, speaks Spanish and has begun to learn Japanese.
