Unfortunately, there are a number of areas across the UK where TV signals of an acceptable technical quality cannot be obtained. This can occur where the line of sight between transmitters and consumers is obstructed by hills, buildings, or even by local atmospheric conditions.

Reputable local aerial installers will be familiar with local reception characteristics and will be able to advise you on improving your analogue reception. They will also be able to advise you on the ways of receiving digital television.
