UKSI Cymru is a network of services offered to elite athletes in Wales by the Sports Council for Wales.  It provides competitors in Wales with world class facilities, sports science, sport medicine and lifestyle support.
 
The centre of the UKSI Cymru is the Welsh Institute of Sport, with close links to several specialist facilities - such as the National Indoor Arena at the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff, the Plas Menai National Watersports Centre and the Cricketing School of Excellence at Sophia Gardens.
