A Passion for Excellence: One year on
One Year On' is the Action Plan for 'A Passion for Excellence', the improvement strategy for the culture and sport sector at a local level that was published in March 2008.
It has been produced by a consortium of partners including DCMS, IDeA, Arts Council England, Sport England, Museums Libraries & Archives Council, English Heritage, LGA and CLOA, and was launched by the Secretary of State in March 2009. It sets out the successes that have been achieved over the past year as a result of the improvement strategy, and looks at developments in the sector that are occuring now and in the near future.
