"The White Book" - DCMS Guidance on Appraisal and Evaluation of Projects, Programmes and Policies

Following the revision of HM Treasury's guidance on the preparation of business cases, the DCMS "White Book" has been withdrawn.

The HM Treasury Green Book and its associate guidance should be used in its place.

Note: This edition of the "White Book" had replaced earlier guidance produced in March 2000, as Technical Paper No.2. Both versions of the "White Book" have now been withdrawn.
