Fact Sheet - Poker under the Gambling Act 2005

This fact sheet summarises the position of poker, and in particular equal chance poker, under the Gambling Act 2005.

It is likely to be of interest to anyone who wishes to organise games of poker for prizes, including in clubs or pubs, and to any non-commercial organisations that may be considering running a poker tournament to raise money for charity or other "good causes".
