The Draft Legislative Programme, published yesterday, set out plans for a Digital Economy Bill. The Government is today publishing an update on the implementation of those actions in the recent Digital Britain White Paper which do not require primary legislation. Papers and correspondence relating to the range of proposals in the White Paper, and dates for the next phase of work are all included with this update.
