Ecclesiastical Exemption (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Order 2010

This consultation has now ended. The consultation period was 1 February 2010 to 15 March 2010.

We are not seeking views on the policy intent, as this has been subject to two previous rounds of public consultation at the White Paper and Draft Bill stages of the Heritage Protection Bill. We are now seeking views as to whether the policy intent is achieved by the wording of the draft Order, and any comments concerning the content of the draft guidance. Specific consultation questions are at page 10 of the consultation. This is a shortened (six week) consultation because of the previous opportunities given to comment on the policy.

This consultation has now ended. The consultation period was 1 February 2010 to 15 March 2010.
