This Consultation Document seeks your views on proposals to amend Licensing Act 2003 (Personal Licence: relevant offences).
The consultation also seeks your views on the draft Order, impact assessment and draft amendments to the Statutory Guidance under s.182 of the Act in relation to these changes.
Relevant offences are offences which an applicant for a personal licence must declare and will result in the application being considered by the police against the crime prevention objective of the Licensing Act (2003)
