Conflicts of Interest
DCMS has recently revised its procedures for dealing with conflicts of interest. Our leaflet, Probity and Conflicts of Interest - A Guide for Candidates (PDF 68kb), outlines what constitutes a conflict of interest, what candidates should do if they consider they have a potential conflict and how the Public Appointments Unit will handle any such situation.
