Erratum - 26 October 2004
Please note that a sentence on Page 1, Chapter 1.3 of the IRA document has been amended to read: 'Gambling Bill expenditure (i.e. stakes less winnings) in the year ending 31 March 2004 is estimated at £8,875 million, 0.8% of UK GDP.'
