DCMS is seeking comments on (i) a proposed change to the maximum amount of data which can be carried on a digital radio multiplex. The proposal will increase the limit from 20% to 30% and (ii) changes to the definition of a "digital programme service" so as to allow television services to be carried on a digital radio multiplex.
