This consultation paper aims to look at the key issues facing museums in England in the 21st Century at a time when museums are increasingly relevant and popular. It identifies key challenges and opportunities facing England's museums in areas such as collections, to learning and research, to workforce development and leadership, but also the coherence of the sector and to advocacy.
