Carriage Of BBC Digital Channels On Ntl's Analogue Network
In early 2003,interested parties were consulted on Ntl's request to offer the BBC's digital channels to their analogue customers. A variation of the Secretary of State's approval for these channels is required for this change and the BBC Governors have given their support to this variation.
Following the Secretary of State's decision to approve the variation, the authoritative text of the variations will be published in due course. Relevant correspondence is below:
