Monitoring the Transition to the new Licensing Regime Feedback Form

We are keen to hear from you about how licensing reforms are progressing during this transition period. Please fill in the form below, and email it to us at licensing.feedback@culture.gsi.gov.uk.

Although much of the form is dedicated to capturing information from local authorities (such as how many licence applications they have received), we also welcome feedback from businesses, residents and other stakeholders about how the reforms are progressing.

All responses will be considered, and will help us gauge the progress of the reforms over these first few months.
