creative industries

creative industries
We aim to increase the productivity of the creative industries, raise their profile, and support their development so that the UK can become the world's creative hub.

The creative industries are those that are based on individual creativity, skill and talent. They also have the potential to create wealth and jobs through developing and exploiting intellectual property.

A list of the 13 sectors that make up creative industries can be found in the creative industries policy pages of "What we do".

We work with industry, our bodies and across government  to help these industries flourish.

Find our more about our work, including film certification and tax relief, in the Creative Industries pages of the "What we do" section of this site.
