Value for Money Delivery Agreement - Comprehensive Spending Review 2007

This document describes how the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) will deliver at least 3% annual Value for Money (VFM) savings over the three-year period 2008-11.


It draws upon the VFM plans of our Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs) to present a coherent picture of how DCMS Exchequer funding will be used to best effect. It sets out how savings will be achieved and measured, and how the key risks will be managed.
