The Bill will allow the UK to ratify the 1955 Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the event of Armed Conflict and accede to its two Protocols (1954 and 1999).
During the pre-legislative scrutiny process the Government would welcome any comments on this draft Bill from interested parties.
