Gambling Act 2005 - 'White Listing' Criteria

The following document sets out the criteria to be applied in respect of Section 331 (4) of the Gambling Act 2005 - the powers for the Secretary of State to specify a country or place to be treated as if it were an EEA State.  It sets out what information jurisdictions outside the EEA will be required to provide in order to be considered for inclusion on the list of countries that may advertise their gambling operations in Britain.
