Final report on PSA target 2 on the take-up of cultural opportunities by people aged 20 and over from priority groups

As part of its funding agreement with the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) for 2003 to 2006, Arts Council England committed to contributing to the DCMS public service agreement target to increase significantly take-up of arts opportunities by new users aged 20 and above from priority groups (PSA target 2).

This paper provides a final report on performance against PSA target 2.
