Funding Agreement between the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and the Public Lending Right 2005- 2008

The Public Lending Right makes payments to authors for the free lending of their books by public libraries. The Public Lending Right Funding Agreement sets out their strategic priorities and the contribution that the PLR will make towards the delivery of DCMS objectives.
