Fact Sheet - Race Nights under the Gambling Act 2005

This fact sheet summarises the position of “race nights” under the Gambling Act 2005.

It is likely to be of particular interest to charities and other non-commercial societies who are considering promoting a race night in order to raise funds for “good causes” and also to those commercial operators and suppliers who provide associated services or equipment.
