Immunity From Seizure Provisions Within DCA's Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Bill

Provisions within the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Bill announced in the Queen's Speech on 15 November 2006 will introduce immunity from seizure for cultural objects loaned to museums and galleries in the UK for temporary exhibitions.

 

The Immunity from Seizure Clauses are in Part 6 of the Tribunal, Courts and Enforcement Bill which can be viewed on the DCA Website:
