Question: Property and Procurement (request for information) :

1. How many official residences are maintained by the DCMS for the use of Ministers and department staff ?

2. What rent and other charges are paid by the resident for each premises use as a domestic dwelling, Please provide a list of premises and rent charged for each per month ?

3. How is this rent worked out and the what are the charges based upon?

4. In respect of official residences what is the department policy on the allocation of such places of abode and how are residents allocated these dwellings ?". Case Number 11282

In response: The Department for Culture, Media and Sport does not own or manage any official residences for the domestic use of Ministers or staff.
