Fee levels to be established by regulation under the Licensing Act 2003

The purpose of this consultation is to elicit views about the fee levels to be established under the Licensing Act 2003.
This consultation ended on 23 December 2004

The fees relate to applications for authorisations for the sale by retail of alcohol, the supply of alcohol in qualifying members' clubs, the provision of regulated entertainment and the provision of late night refreshment between 11.00pm and 5.00am.  These also include fees for notices for temporary events. Before finalising the fee levels the Secretary of State wishes to consult as widely as possible on the appropriate level for these fees.
