Carriage Of BBC Digital Channels On Ntl's Analogue Network

In early 2003,interested parties were consulted on Ntl's request to offer the BBC's digital channels to their analogue customers. A variation of the Secretary of State's approval for these channels is required for this change and the BBC Governors have given their support to this variation.
