I’m living in an area (postcode CH64) which is outside the Freeview coverage and therefore have no access to Digital TV and radio.

As I understand that the BBC has invested a substantial amount in developing the digital services, paid for by license fee revenues I have to conclude that I am paying for services that I cannot get.

I would therefore seriously suggest that anyone in this situation gets a serious discount on their license fee. Actually an exemption for a couple of years would be appropriate to account for the overpayment in recent years!
