Dear Sir,

I am not sure if I am addressing the right Company, Department or whatever regarding this matter but as the BBC is inviting comments etc. about Digital Television via its Website I thought I would have a go.

My concern is that I reside in an area,(PL8 2AP) as do many other people in other Postcode areas where the Freeview Channels are not yet available  and as I understand it there are no plans at the moment to improve this situation.

If this is the case then I think that it is very unfair that whilst having to pay a full Television Licence Fee we are not able to obtain the full service to which we are entitled.

If however it is intended that in the future all areas of the United Kingdom will be able to receive this Service it would in my opinion be helpful if some sort of timescale could be published in order that the public are better informed as to what future plans are being put in place.
