I am the mother of 2 children: aged 5 years and 6 months respectively.  We have been watching CBeebies on Digital TV, as part of a Sky Package, since before Christmas and CBeebies is now regular viewing.  Programmes are high quality and I trust their content.  The programmes manage to get the 'right blend' of capturing my eldest son's attention whilst also being educational.  Programmes also very inclusive showing a diversity of people and life in the world.  Programmes are also used in our house to prompt discussions about different situations ie - 'Bobinogs' explores social skills and how to interact with others; whilst 'Big Cook Little Cook' gives us recipe ideas,which we have subsequently tried.   The CBeebies website is also fantastic and my 5 year old can navigate it with ease.  My only gripe is the interactive element on the digital tv; doesn't seem to be updated enough with different choices of games.   Nonetheless, CBeebies programes and website gets the 'thumbs up' in our home
