As I and millions of other license fee payers can receive neither freeview nor DAB digital radio services, this whole review is a complete farce and a waste of money.

All available money should be spent on extending the coverage on Freeview and DAB digital radio until ALL the country can receive them. All BBC "advertising" for digital programmes should be banned until this is completed. This would speed the process up immediately.
