As is obvious by the number of repeats on the BBC I would therefore like to suggest that channels four and five be scrubbed so that more money would be available to promote, maybe, new programmes for channels one and two. Surely as only channel can be viewed at any one time it is obvious that this would be only action that should be taken which would help to keep the TV licence fee at a reasonable rate.
