It's all very well having digital services but why should licence payers pay for them if they can't even receive the services.  In Weymouth, Dorset you cannot get digital TV yet are expected to pay.  It isn't fair.  What happens then if the analogue signal is switched off will whole swathes of the country only be able to receive television if they subscribe to sky.
