Dear Sir,

It is disappointing that I cannot receive digital broadcast in West Cumbria and have access to `Freeview Channels`. Why is it taking so long? Maybe I should pay less for my TV licence; after all, we in West Cumbria are getting a poorer service compared to other areas of the country.
