I would like to register my feedback to the review of digital tv. It has created a two tier system and areas such as large parts of Dorset(including the county town!) cannot receive "freeview" without suscribing to sky, although the license fee remains the same. Instead of creating more and more channels, perhaps the BBC could look at upgrading the systems so that it is accessible to all on the same terms. I do not wish to have Sky especially as it has a monopoly in this area for digital viewing, but would pay for Freeview one off fees for equipment if it was available.
